Stop sending mail you later regret
Boy, this is amazing. I’m not a Gmail sales rep or anything but this news caught my eye as I was checking my mail.
Gmail’s got this new feature called Mail Goggles. By making you solve a few simple math problems, it checks if you’re in the right state of mind to send an email. Active by default on late weekend nights, when you’re most likely to supposedly..lose your marbles.
Now here’s a cure for those impulse emailers. Too bad I’m not one, and even if I was, I suck at math. (But of course, I got a calculator. But if I’m insane, I won’t be able to even think of that..) Email gets interesting, huh.
